The LakeView RecPlex is located inside Prairie Springs Park along the shores of scenic Lake Andrea. It is the largest of its kind in Southeastern Wisconsin, featuring the 60,000 square foot Michael R. Pollocoff Field House, a 17,000 square foot Aquatics Center, 8,000 square foot Fitness Center and 1/6 mile suspended jogging track. The LakeView RecPlex offers three multipurpose rooms, a larger meeting room, and the field house for meetings. Outdoors, Prairie Springs Park features acres of recreational areas, including a 2.25-mile asphalt trail, archery range and sand volleyball pits. Lake Andrea is a spring fed lake, ideal for swim and sail events.

  •  The 60,000 square foot Field House, which can be configured in a variety of ways including 12 volleyball courts, 4 soccer courts and 8 regulation-size basketball courts. The field house also offers 40 glass basketball backboards and golf and batting cages.

  • 8,000 square foot Fitness Center
  • 1/6 mile suspended jogging track
  • Six multi-purpose meeting rooms are available for administrative or management functions.
  • Outdoors, Prairie Springs Park features acres of recreational areas, including four softball/baseball fields, a 2.25-mile asphalt trail, archery range and sand volleyball pits.
  • Lake Andrea is a spring fed lake, ideal for swim and sail events.

Meet Our Home Clubs

The Kenosha Blue Line Hockey Club, Inc (Kenosha Komets) organization has been in existence for over 30 years. The club is managed by various groups of volunteers including a Board of Directors, coaches, team reps, and various committees.


Cutting Edge is a US Figure Skating Club, with the RecPlex Ice Arena as its home rink. The club has four synchronized skating teams and is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors, contracted coaches, and committees. The club offers testing sessions, and plans on hosting US Figure Skating competitions and clinics.

Prairie Family Days

Prairie Family Days will take place at a new location inside Prairie Springs Park. The grounds will move lakeside along the west side of RecPlex. Admission and several activities are free, though certain activities are fee based. A $5 parking fee will be charged inside the park after 4:00 p.m.

The Danskin Triathlon Series - an exciting way to reinforce a healthy lifestyle while celebrating women! The event, one of eight races in this nationwide Series, will be held on Sunday, August 26th, starting at Prairie Springs Park. This first-timer friendly, women's only Swim, Bike and Run event may be done on an individual OR Relay Team basis. Participants 14 years and older. Let's redefine TRIumphant!
