Ages 8 and older join us for a 10-minute swim, 20-minute spin bike ride and 15-minute treadmill run. Scoring is based on total distance. Awards are presented to overall and age group winners for male and female. Advanced registration is required. Register online at www.RecPlexOnline.com or in person at RecPlex. $45 general public / $35 for RecPlex members.
