HOW TO GET TO KENOSHA HARBOR THUNDER

Harbor Thunder at HarborPark – Kenosha’s Lakefront
East of First Avenue between 54th & 56th Streets


Driving Directions

From Milwaukee / North:

  • I-94 / 41 South to Hwy. 158  East (Exit #342)
  • Hwy. 158 (52nd Street) East approximately 7 miles to 6th Avenue
  • Right on 6th Avenue
  • Left on 54th Street to HarborPark


From Chicago / South:

  • I-94 / 41 North to Hwy. 158 East (Exit #342)
  • Hwy. 158 (52nd Street) East approximately 7 miles to 6th Avenue
  • Right on 6th Avenue
  • Left on 54th Street to HarborPark


From Lake Geneva / West:

  • Hwy. 50 East to Hwy. 31 (Green Bay Road)
  • Hwy. 31 / Green Bay Road North to Hwy. 158 (52nd Street)
  • Hwy. 158 (52nd Street) East to 6th Avenue
  • Right on 6th Avenue
  • Left on 54th Street to HarborPark


Parking

There is ample, free street parking throughout the Downtown / lakefront district, along with a number of free parking lots within walking distance to HarborPark. Motorcycle parking will be provided within the festival grounds while space permits. 


Electric Streetcars

Park you car or bike and hop aboard one of Kenosha’s authentic Electric Streetcars! For just 25¢ enjoy a scenic ride and be dropped off right inside the Harbor Thunder grounds.  Streetcars will operate until 11:00 p.m. on Wednesday night, August 27th. For a map of the Streetcar stops, click HERE.

Road Closure  

54th and 56th Streets will be closed to regular traffic at First Avenue, just East of the Kenosha Public Museum and Civil War Museum (“Ring Road”). Eastbound traffic using 54th or 56th Streets can use First Avenue in lieu of Ring Road to return Westbound. Only motorcycle and pedestrian traffic will be permitted through onto Ring Road. Southport Marina will be fully accessible for Marina members.
