such as room dimensions, amenities and sales contact information
make choosing a site for your event a snap.
Lead Distribution to Area Meeting Facilities
When you are ready to collect proposals from hotels and/or facilities, contact us with your event details. We will gather proposals from our meeting facilities for your review, or have the facilities that meet your requirements contact you directly.
Bid Books/Presentations
We will assist with developing comprehensive bid materials/presentations for your group.
Site Visits/FAMiliarization Tours
We can assist you with selecting the site that best meets your needs. For your convenience, we can arrange for you to visit the sites before making your decision.
Promotional Materials/Welcome Packets
For pre-conference mailings we can provide you with full color publications showcasing the Kenosha Area, lodging, dining, attractions, special events, recreation, shopping, maps and many more offerings.
